FGD on 2025 Curriculum Revision Engages Multiple Stakeholders

Bandar Lampung — The Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP University of Lampung, held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as part of the 2025 curriculum revision process. The event took place on Friday, May 2, 2025, at Building G, FKIP Unila.

The FGD brought together key stakeholders involved in curriculum development, including external partners, alumni, employers of graduates, lecturers, and current students. Their involvement was expected to enrich perspectives in designing a curriculum that is both relevant to workforce needs and aligned with the latest academic developments.

The discussion took place in an open and participatory atmosphere. Participants contributed insights on various essential aspects of the curriculum, ranging from graduate learning outcomes and course structures to teaching strategies consistent with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy.

The session resulted in a preliminary draft of the 2025 Mathematics Education Study Program curriculum document. This draft will serve as the foundation for further refinement through internal meetings and other academic forums.

Through this initiative, the Mathematics Education Study Program reaffirmed its commitment to continuous evaluation and curriculum development in order to produce graduates who are excellent, adaptive, and competitive in the global era.
